Outdoor Deluxe Stainless Steel Convex Mirror
The unbreakable Deluxe stainless steel convex mirror is tough and durable and can withstand extreme weather conditions. The shallower curve of the mirror face means you can observe high speed traffic much more safely without risk of damage from projectile objects such as rocks or vandalism. The Deluxe model can be strategically positioned anywhere a driver’s field of vision is obstructed, such as blind corners, a concealed entry or exit and hard to see intersections. The galvanised steel clamp bracket is designed for pole mounting. A wall mounting adaptor is also available to fix the mirror to a flat surface.

Installation Guide
DeLuxe J-Bracket Installation Guide: (300 - 600mm Sizes Only)
Wall Mounting - J Bracket:
- Decide the appropriate place to site the mirror to give maximum vision.
- Fix J-Bracket to wall or ceiling using suitable fixing hardware (ie: screws, bolts). Allowing enough room to get the mirror on to the J-Bracket.
- Slide the adaptor and mirror over the J-Bracket and adjust mirror to the desired position.
- Tighten the Grub Screw in the adaptor securely with the Allen Key supplied.
Pole Mounting with U-Bolts:
- Choose a 75mm Round pole to attach the U-Bolts to.
- 300mm - 450mm diameter mirrors: - Thread the U-Bolts around the J-Bracket and through the U-Bolt Flat Plate.
600mm diameter mirrors: - Thread the U-Bolts through one side of the J-Bracket and then through both sides of the U-Bolt Flat Plate. - Thread the Washer and Nut onto the U-Bolts and tighten.
- Slide the adaptor and mirror over the J-Bracket and adjust mirror to the desired position.
- Tighten the Grub Screw in the adaptor securely with the Allen Key supplied.
Clamp Bracket Installation Guide: (800mm - 1000mm Sizes Only)
Pole Mounting - Clamp Bracket:
- Decide the appropriate place to site the mirror on 75mm pole.
- Fix clamp and mirror mount assembly to the pole.
- Make sure adjustment slot is to the bottom
- Fix the mirror to the clamp bracket.
- Once the desired position has been found, tighten the bolts and nuts.
Wall Mounting - Clamp Bracket:
- Decide the appropriate place to site the mirror (on a flat surface) and fix the Wall Adaptor using suitable hardware.
- Fix clamp and mirror mount assembly to the Wall Adaptor making sure the slot is to the bottom.
- Fix the mirror face to the clamp bracket.
- Once the desired position has been found, tighten the bolts and nuts.
NOTE: The Wall Mounting Adaptor is not included and must be purchased separately.
For use only with 75mm Clamp Bracket (ie: 800mm - 1000mm size mirrors).
Cleaning Guide
Stainless Steel Mirror Cleaning Guide:
General Cleaning:
DuraVision™ recommend cleaning their Stainless Steel Mirrors with soap and water and then with a soft, lint free, damp cloth.
DO NOT USE:
- abrasives
- acids
Polish:
DuraVision™ does not recommend using a commercial Stainless Steel Polish, as the protective layer will leave a residue on the highly polished mirror faces. Rubbing plain white flour on a dry stainless steel mirror face with a dry cloth will polish the mirror to its original brilliance.
Graffiti Removal:
Any graffiti should be removed from the mirror face as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours with a suitable lacquer thinners. Not all graffiti cleaning agents are suitable. Failure to use an approved cleaning agent may damage the mirror surface.
