The highly polished stainless steel rectangular mirror face is unbreakable and can withstand vandalism as well as accidental contact from machinery and vehicles etc. Complete with a fully adjustable galvanized steel J-Bracket, making the entire mirror weather proof and rust free.

Installation Guide
Rectangualr Heavy Duty Convex Mirror Installation Guide:
Wall Mounting:

Decide the appropriate place to site the mirror to give maximum vision.

Fix J-Bracket to wall or ceiling using suitable fixing hardware (ie: screws, bolts). Allowing enough room to get the mirror on to the J-Bracket.

Thread adaptor into the back of the mirror

Slide the adaptor and mirror over the J-Bracket and adjust mirror to the desired position.

Tighten the locking bolt on the adaptor securely.
Pole Mounting:

Choose a 75mm Round pole to attach the U-Bolts to.

Thread the U-Bolt through ONE side of the J-Bracket and through both sides of the U-Bolt Flat Plate. Then thread the Washer and Nut onto the U-Bolt and tighten. Repeat for the second U-Bolt.

Thread adaptor into the back of the mirror

Slide the adaptor and mirror over the J-Bracket and adjust mirror to the desired position.

Tighten the locking bolt on the adaptor securely.
Cleaning Guide
Stainless Steel Mirror Cleaning Guide:
General Cleaning:
DuraVisionTM recommend cleaning their Stainless Steel Mirrors with soap and water and then with a soft, lint free, damp cloth.
DO NOT USE:
- abrasives
- acids
Polish:
DuraVision™ does not recommend using a commercial Stainless Steel Polish, as the protective layer will leave a residue on the highly polished mirror faces. Rubbing plain white flour on a dry stainless steel mirror face with a dry cloth will polish the mirror to its original brilliance.
Graffiti Removal:
Any graffiti should be removed from the mirror face as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours with a suitable lacquer thinners. Not all graffiti cleaning agents are suitable. Failure to use an approved cleaning agent may damage the mirror surface.
